A crimson thread—once part of a noble’s tapestry—flowed behind him as a cape. At his side hung his trusty blade: The Needle of Valor, a slender sword sharp enough to pierce both cloth and courage. His shield, a round button bearing the crest of a wedge of cheese, was said to have turned aside even the claws of castle cats. Ser Squeaks hailed from Cheddar Keep, a hidden fortress carved deep within the castle walls. Though small, he possessed a heart mightier than any lion’s. He was known for his bravery in the face of towering foes—whether it be the dreaded Kitchen Cat, the Trap of Doom, or the perilous Broom of Sweeping.
