1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo via Firebase Authentication.
• Content you create. Text prompts, uploaded images, and the artworks and videos you generate, along with settings like style and quality.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep records of your purchases and credit balance.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Service: generating your creations (prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI and Replicate solely to produce your output), managing credits and subscriptions, moderating content for safety, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload are used only to create your artwork. They are never shown in the public gallery, and public access to the uploaded file is revoked after generation completes.

4. Public Content

Artworks you make public appear in the community gallery together with your username. You can make creations private (a paid perk) or delete them at any time from the studio.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and creations while your account is active. Deleting a creation removes it from the Service. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for sign-in and core functionality. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with an updated date.
